Fitness Sessions & Special Events

Take charge of your health by participating in SRJC's Fitness Sessions.

Wear comfortable clothing** and walking/workout shoes. Come participate in one of our fitness sessions or walks or simply be more mindful of your body and health: go for a walk on your own, stand up each time your phone rings, or meditate.   

In order to join, please first complete the Info Form

Then, print, sign and bring this Liability Form to your first fitness session.

Our sessions have been approved for flex credit. Classified seeking release time to participate should submit this form to their supervisor.
