Spring 2023 Challenge: Step into a Healthy Summer Challenge

Are you ready to end the semester on a healthy note?  fitSRJC invites you to join us for a “Step into a Healthy Summer” challenge!  A steps challenge is a fun way to keep track of your exercise activity. Studies show we all benefit physically and mentally from regular exercise. What better time to make sure we are getting those benefits than during the stress that comes with the end of a semester?

The details:

  • This three-week challenge begins Monday, May 1, and ends Sunday, May 21.
  • Each participant keeps track of their steps via any electronic device (e.g. an app on their phone, a Fitbit, etc.).
  • Individual participants log steps on a weekly basis. Everyone who signs up will receive an email with a link to record their step count at the end of each week.
  • The participant who has the most steps will be announced at the end of the challenge along with their winning number of steps!
