Fitness Sessions & Calendar

Weight LifterTake charge of your health by participating in SRJC's fitness and wellness sessions.

Wear comfortable clothing** and walking/workout shoes. Participate in one of our fitness sessions or walks or simply be more mindful of your body and health: go for a walk on your own, stand up each time your phone rings, or meditate.   

In order to join SRJC's fitness sessions, print, sign, and bring this Liability Form to your first fitness session.

Our sessions have been approved for flex credit. Classified seeking release time to participate should submit this form to their supervisor.

Please see the calendar below for fitness and wellness activities being held at all of our SRJC locations!  For our noon walks at the Santa Rosa campus, the meeting place is the fountain in front of Doyle.  For our noon walks at the Petaluma campus, the meeting place is in front of the campus administration office.
